OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
I assist companies in the regulatory and procedural field concerning risk assessment and the protection of workers' well-being, as well as carrying out qualified teaching activities about occupational safety:
- Industrial safety engineering integrated with management control ("the less accidents, the more value for the company");
- Hazard identification and risk assessment according to international standards (ISO 31000, ISO IEC 31010 etc.) and main techniques (es. EERA, FMEA, FMECA, HAZID, HAZOP, JSA, QRA, SWIFT, etc.) applicable to the management of the reliability of complex systems even in emergencies;
- Analysis and prevention of industrial accidents caused by natural disasters and extreme weather events (NaTech by RAPID-N method);
- Drafting and optimization of HSE procedures in the industrial field as regards the assembly / handling phases (e.g. welding, painting or coating, lifting, transport, etc.), maintenance and/or repair of machines, equipment and modules;
- Documentary and/or procedural checks in high-risk contexts (e.g. activities in ATEX / IECEx zones, in confined spaces according to DPR 177/2011, RIR and/or Seveso III plants, etc.) also in the revamping and/or reclamation phase;
- Post-incidental analysis and root causes analysis (RCA);
- Part consultancies and professional appraisals (forensic engineering), also in the extrajudicial field, applied to the field of occupational and machinery safety;
- Specifications for PPE, DPC, lighting systems, sound-absorbing and monitoring systems (RTLS);
- Professional training for RSPP, ASPP and supervisors as per current Accordi Conferenza Stato-Regioni, both in presence and remotely (FAD).
